We are ITA 3 S.r.l. 
ITA began with its founding in the 80s and grew up with his family in its second generation.
We are chemists, food technologists, clerks and factory workers that love working here. 
We have been working for thirty years in order to support the product shelf life of the great Italian food industry.

4 \ polishing and anti-sticking agents;
5 \ micro-encapsulated powders for industrial dusting (sugar and cocoa).

Feautures
We use only natural raw materials for natural ingredients and we don’t produce food additives.
We manufacture our ingredients also in formulations palm free, RSPO, Vegan and Organic.

The founder
Dr. Luigi Caldera is a food chemist who has worked from the 60s in the historic Italian food industry as an R & D .
Thanks to his experience , he founded ITA in the 80s and has followed the evolution of the food industry up to now .

LABORATORY

Fully equipped with tools for microbiology and physical chemical analysis, an environmental chamber for shelf life testing, a small testing kitchen, the laboratory carries out various activities:

Analysis

Analysis and control of raw materials,
production monitoring,
analysis and control of the finished product,
issue of certificates as per Italian rules and regulations.

For specific analysis, the laboratory networks with the best laboratories accredited by the Italian Ministry of Health.

Pre-supply tests

For all new projects we work on samples from the customer’s standard production, on which we perform any necessary tests in order to identify the suitable product.

This process, which might seem to be an excessive use of time, is the work that ensures the final result.

 

Research and development

Each new idea is conceived, implemented and tested internally in the laboratory’s various areas: from the chemical formula to product tasting and shelf life testing.

Research and development is the heart of the company, that is why a lot of space is given to the development of new ideas and commissioning testing of new products.

PRODUCTION

Production is entirely internal and carefully followed to ensure a high production level together with a flexible system quickly ready to respond to new requirements in complete safety.

Quality Control

Quality control follows the creation of the formula through to the monitoring of its production.

Throughout all of the various stages of production - from the receipt of the raw materials to the packaging of the finished product - controlling is followed by the CQ.
 

Production lines

The production departments accommodate many lines which are equipped with autonomous systems for powders, liquids, encapsulates and emulsifiers.


The systems were internally designed and are reviewed on a regular basis together with the weighing and handling systems.
 

Self-monitoring

A strict regime of self-monitoring, in full compliance with safety standards and with regular Hygiene and Safety monitoring visits to check the machinery and the environment, guarantees an extremely well looked after production.
