NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE FOOD INGREDIENTS FOR FOOD PRESERVATION

Products allowed

All the ingredients produced within this company do not contain gluten, as is completely absent in all our production lines - in fact, we are a completely gluten-free company without cross-contamination.

The description "naturally gluten-free ingredients" indicates the products that always naturally do not contain gluten (for example, fish) and it does not need a certification or dedicated labeling. 

The products labeled as "Gluten-free" are instead regulated by a > 20ppm guaranteed limit and absence of cross-contamination, in accordance with the (EC) Reg. No 1169/2011 (Reg. 828/2014).

We chose to use the definition "naturally gluten-free product" with the aim to help producers to easily identify suitable products among those that are potentially at risk of gluten contamination, making the research and the supply of the products easier.
